Apply 2 Save Surpassed Our Greatest Expectations

We would like to extend our greatest appreciation to Apply 2 Save for saving our home. We had gone though hard financial times with frequent lay-offs. We had slowly fallen behind on our mortgage payments and they were going to foreclose. We contacted Apply 2 Save, very quickly and professionally they worked with us and our mortgage company to reach a loan modification. Within weeks of first contacting them we had our loan modification complete. Not only did Apply 2 Save allow us to keep our home but we now have a lower interest rate with lower monthly payments. We can now afford to stay current on our mortgage. Apply 2 Save has surpassed our greatest expectations. Thank You to everyone that helped.

Gratefully,

Tracy & Jill

Apply 2 Save Saved Our Family

To anyone facing foreclosure, I can relate. The stress is horrific and your entire way of life is threatened. The tension that is placed on the family can be almost unbearable. Many people look for people to blame and sometimes it is hard to realize who is the good guys and on your side. Apply 2 Save are the good guys! When we went to them we were down and out looking for an apartment to move into. But I can not tell you the relief I felt when they told me that the lender was actually going to drop the interest rate and work out a reasonable repayment plan on the past due amount. They exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for all your help.

Thank You And God Bless Apply 2 Save !!!

We always dreamed of owning a home. Apply2save helped us keep that dream alive after receiving foreclosure letter from our lender. only after receiving the foreclosure letter, did our lender offer any help to us. The help they offered was for us to paying more money on top of the already unmanageable mortgage payment that we have now. Lowering the mortgage payment was not an option we were told. I knew at this time i needed help, and i needed it fast if we were going to have any chance of saving our home from foreclosure.
I had a friend tell me about Apply2save.com. When dealing with any company from out of state, it always made me feel a little unsure, but after talking with the people from Apply2save like Corin Keeter, i had a good feeling that everything was going to be alright. Corin talked with me for about a hour or so, and explained everything, and how it worked. Corin made sure that i understood everything before i made any decisions. I had no doubt in my mine who i wanted to help us.
Britani Robinson called me the next day and said, that she would be taking over my case. Britani kept me informed all the way through this processes. The day she called and told us about my new mortgage payment, i knew that my family and me had been truly blessed. Apply2save is a blessing to anyone that is having trouble with there mortgage. Call them, they can help. They helped keep our dream alive.
If you are in trouble and don't know where to turn, call Apply2save now. They can help keep your dream alive too. God bless Apply2save and everyone that works there. You really are dream savers... :-)

Apply 2 Save Saved My Home!

These people are great. I was months behind on my mortgage, in pre-forclosure and basically losing my mind. I called them and someone (Scott) got back to me right away. I filled out all the information for them and faxed it back. There representative Britani, called me with some questions and she was off. After that they handled everything for me. I didn't have to talk to my mortgage company again about it. I just got a letter in the mail stating my loan was able to be modified by my mortgage co. Britani called me to verify that I received something in the mail from them, and everything is good now. I can breathe a sigh of relief because I am not stressing out anymore or getting rude harassing phone calls anymore. I am also able to remain in my home while making an affordable payment. So I can honestly say these are the people to go with if you want to save your home. The minute I talked to them, I felt relieved.

New Loan Modification Industry Group focuses on Ethical Treatment of Customers

The National Loan Modification Association of America is focused on drawing members who commit to a code of ethics when dealing with consumers.

New City, NY--February 24, 2009 -- A new organization focused on helping the emerging loan modification industry to police itself was officially launched today. The National Loan Modification Association of America or NLMAA was founded in an effort to help ensure that everyone working with a loan modification service provider is dealt with fairly and honestly.

By becoming a member of the NLMAA, loan modification professionals agree to abide by a code of ethics that promises fair, professional and honest treatment of the people that come to them for help
Like it or not, a cottage industry has emerged in this country that is focused on assisting consumers modify the terms of their mortgage in return for a service fee. Until more regulations are in place, we feel that consumers should know which of these loan modification companies have stepped up to the plate and said 'Yes, I am a professional who operates within a code of ethics.'
There are millions of people who are both eligible and can benefit from a loan modification but many don't know where to begin. Often times, a professional consultation can help people understand their options and may be fastest way to get results
Much in the way different seals and credentials provide confidence to shoppers across the world wide web, the NLMAA member logo helps to increase the level of comfort a consumer has when seeking assistance in modifying their loan. It's not a be-all-end-all, but it should be a guidepost during the selection process.
"By becoming a member of the NLMAA, loan modification professionals agree to abide by a code of ethics that promises fair, professional and honest treatment of the people that come to them for help," said James Troia, one of the organizations founders. "Like it or not, a cottage industry has emerged in this country that is focused on assisting consumers modify the terms of their mortgage in return for a service fee. Until more regulations are in place, we feel that consumers should know which of these loan modification companies have stepped up to the plate and said 'Yes, I am a professional who operates within a code of ethics.'"

The for-profit Loan Modification business has gained momentum in recent months due to the nationwide recession and slumping housing prices. Loan modifications are one tool that is employed to help consumers avoid foreclosure. A loan modification occurs when a lender or servicer of a mortgage agrees to modify the terms of the mortgage without writing a new mortgage. Loan modifications can reduce principal balances, reduce interest rates or change the term of the loan. "There are millions of people who are both eligible and can benefit from a loan modification but many don't know where to begin. Often times, a professional consultation can help people understand their options and may be fastest way to get results," Troia said.

The group's website located at NLMAA.org promotes membership among industry professionals and provides some insight into the loan modification process for consumers. "Much in the way different seals and credentials provide confidence to shoppers across the world wide web, the NLMAA member logo helps to increase the level of comfort a consumer has when seeking assistance in modifying their loan. It's not a be-all-end-all, but it should be a guidepost during the selection process."

About the NLMAA:

The NLMAA is dedicated to the growth and prosperity of the loan modification industry.

Our members agree to abide by our code of ethics which helps ensure that consumers are dealt with fairly and honestly when seeking loan modifications.

If you are a loan modification professional, please read our code of ethics to see if you qualify for membership, if so, set yourself apart from the crowd by becoming a member and displaying our member logo proudly on your website and other marketing materials. Loan modifications are at an all time high, by ensuring professionalism across the industry we can help sustain its long term growth.
